Washington, DC – The election took place during the 2022 Summer Quality Committee Meeting held on June 5, 2022. Congratulations to Jared Knights and Sherry Chaput for their election to the Quality Committee Leadership Board; and congratulations to Nin George for his ascension to Chairperson; and Chris Anderson, Past Chairperson, for his guidance in developing this new leadership board.

The new structure which included two new positions was proposed at the Winter 2021 QC meeting and approved by the ASA Board of Directors. The formal four deep leadership will allow for leadership stability; and greater ability to monitor and proactively address issues impacting quality and operations.

There is an extended initial term for the new QC Leadership Board as ASA transitions to elections being held at the winter meetings. For the 2022‐2023 cycle, the newly elected leadership team will hold its initial position for a year and half as ASA transitions to the new election cycle. The election will be for the Vice Chairperson and Secretary. Positions on the QC Executive Team is limited to persons from an ASA Regular or Associate Member Company.

The winter QC Meeting will be held on December 2, 2022, in Dallas, Texas.
